As the Head of Community at Fuel Network, I develop and execute a successful community strategy designed to increase engagement and convert members into experienced Fuel developers through advanced educational programming for the Fuel tech stack. As a leader of a diverse and global team, I foster a positive and inclusive culture while setting and tracking KPIs to measure our initiatives' impact, while working in tandem with growth and marketing initiatives. My team manages various community platforms, including Discord and Twitter, and drives engagement through virtual and IRL events like webinars and hackathons in alignment with a developer journey strategy I created to make targeted developer conversions.
